Before starting ANF therapy, my legs were in loads of pain and discomfort for about 2 years. I have been playing soccer as well as other sports most of my life. The pain in my legs started in 2020, my freshman year of college and progressively got worse until I started ANF therapy.

The pain in my shins, which was identified as Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome, affected my life everyday. I played soccer for my college, and it was a struggle everyday to keep up with running, practicing, and I even had to miss games due to the pain. Aside from sports, my problem even affected my life off the field. I couldn't even go for a 2 mile walk without my legs undergoing pain.

After doing ANF therapy for a little over a month, I noticed tremendous progress. Each week I have prolonged my exercises, and each week I could go longer with less and less pain. I am now at the point where I haven't felt pain in my shins for about 3 weeks. I am back lo exercise and run as I used to before my compartment syndrome, and I couldn't be more ecstatic!
